physical aptitude should I have?
It’s not necessary to be a marathon runner, neither
an Olympic swimmer nor to have the speed of a bull fighter.
Every trip as well as every person is different. The secret
is how to combine them in order to develop your desire
vacation. Although Altournatives plans excursions with
different levels of difficulty –designed for active
outdoors lovers people – they can be focused by various
ways. Relax!, let your guides work that for you and whenever

 I’m
travelling alone, is there any alternative for me?
Yes, there are some alternatives for those travelling
alone or that don’t have too much time to spend.
These kind of trips are called Express trips. |

 Which
is your reservation & cancellation policy? Which are
your terms & conditions?
Each trip has its own rules depending on the airline,
the excursion, the length of stay, season, etc.
Generally speaking we require a 30% deposit as reservation.
Full payment must be done 45 days prior to departure.
Cancellation has a cost of 200 usd. Any existing banking
costs due to reimbursement should be added to this amount.
If cancellation occurs between 30 and 60 days prior to
departure, 50% of the total amount of the trip will be
reimbursed.
No reimbursement is possible 30 days prior to departure
or less. Nevertheless the money that is not being returned
is not lost, you’ll receive credit points that you
can exchange for other trip in a future time. |

 Should
I buy a travel medical insurance?
Our advice is that you always count with a travel
medical insurance before leaving your house. Argentina
has excellent medical coverage from American Express,
VISA, Master card and Assist Card. |

 Does
Argentina requires any special health care precaution?
Argentina has an outstanding sanitary level, no malaria,
hepatitis or other illnesses which may require any special
vaccination are present. Either way, our strong advice
is to consult a doctor, he’ll give you further tips
regarding your trip. We recommend to bring your usual
medicines so as to fully cover the length of your stay.
Updated Tetanus vaccine is strongly suggested.

Our trips are very relaxed and casual. You should pack
the clothes that make you feel more comfortable for
performing outdoors activities. When you decide the

speaking our trips include: domestic air tickets, lodging,
excursions, national park admittance fees, taxes, equipment.

travelers up to family groups. In our trips an age recommendation
is indicated. Altournatives organizes the groups taking

pay in return of their service, knowledge and high responsibilities.
Tipping is NOT necessary. If you consider that the trip
